I have been using Unix since 1980 at Colorado State University. Of course, Unix has changed a bit since 4.1 BSD, but I still use it quite a bit, both at work and at home.

The Nyx Net is a FREE internet service provider, but does not provide PPP access. Instead, you get a menu or Unix shell interface, at your choice. Did I mention that it is free? ;-) Since I'm usually not much of a freeloader, I have contributed to the effort in several ways:

You can sign up for a free account by clicking here.

And since all of my personal e-mail goes to Nyx, you can drop me a line by sending it to me at nyx.net.

This web page created almost entirely using the vi(1) text editor. Why use anything else? ;-)

Many spammers seem to harvest e-mail addresses directly from websites. Since many of them are primitive, I recommend that you disguise your address. I believe that this helps!
